The Conservatorio22 Business Centre offers different kinds of furnished offices, fully equipped and immediately operational, adaptable to the needs of every single client: management, operational and representative offices in a range of sizes (from 12 to 200 m²), with fine modern furnishings and all comforts, individual offices with a workstation, multiple offices for more than one person and offices with a corner for meetings.

Total flexibility of use in terms of time and space makes our offices extremely functional. Clients can customise furnishings and use all the services offered by the centre, including reception and secretarial, managed by our highly professional staff, plus free use of the Coffee Corner and the outdoor Lounge.

Daily cleaning of the spaces, lighting, heating, video surveillance and general costs are all included in the fee.

Our meeting rooms

The different sized meeting rooms at the Conservatorio22 Business Centre have a seating capacity ranging from 6 to 20 for business meetings, conferences, interviews and training courses.
They can be booked for just a few hours, half days or whole days – maximum freedom of choice.
Their modern, functional furnishings allow for customisation of the room layouts, all complete with Wi-Fi, screen, equipment for video- and teleconferences, television, flipchart, pencils and sweets.

On request, our staff can also provide extremely professional attentive coffee break and catering services to guarantee totally relaxing, pleasant pauses.
